Welcome to the Egerton CC site

The 2018 season is heading into its finale. It has been a very good year with the weather and the cricket hasn't been too bad either.

The Saturday 1st XI has just clinched top place in the Kent Recreational League 1B (Central) with a week to go. The Sunday League side currently lies a very creditable third with one round of matches left in the KVCL. Our U13s finished third in their league winning 4 out of 6, whilst our U15s came fourth winning two out of seven. Finally our trip to the West Country enjoyed much better weather than our trip up north last year.

Sadly we lost our long term President, Geoff Wickens, before the start of the season. Geoff was an avid sports enthusiast and captained the side in the early 1970s when the KVCL was launched and Egerton was one of the founding clubs. He was active in the new pavilion project and was generous in his support of the club. He will most certainly be sorely missed.

We welcome anyone to the club in whatever capacity.
